Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive service experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are fully resolved.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Degree / Diploma (Freshers can apply)
  • Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
  • Problem-solving attitude and patience while dealing with customers
  • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
